Frost is known as a Female Ninja of Lin Kuei Clan. She, like Sub Zero, is a Cryomancer. She first appeared in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, then was part of the Mortal Kombat Deception story (as a unplayable character) and then appeared again in Mortal Kombat: Armageddon as a playable character. She had a cameo in Mortal Kombat 9 as one of the background combatants in the Pit.

Basically, her story was like that: She helped Sub Zero and his friends fight the Darkness forces, but then betrayed Sub Zero by freezing him and stole his Dragon Medallion for herself. Yet unable to control its power she was frozen by her own ability. Sub Zero took her to an ancient tomb of Cryomancer's and left her there. Later she got out and tried to take revenge on Sub Zero, but was frozen again and this time sealed in a ANOTHER Tomb. THEN Taven got her out (accidentally) and she joined Darkness forces in the last battle of Armageddon. She died.

Now she is a pretty controversial character. A lot of people complained, that she was made as a copy paste from Sub Zero. Basically, a female Sub Zero. While this subject is debatable and she did have some unique moves, her design was pretty much female version of Sub Zero attire. In short, I believe she is a character which has lots of potential, but was done in a rush and very poorly.

But now, as Mortal Kombat 9 did a time travel to the past and changed the future, new possibilities have opened for Frost. As influencing the past can bring unexpected changes (like making ripples in water), her past could be also drastically changed.

But this is just an example, just to show that, if she were to be revamped, she has a chance to become into something unique and amazing.

As a fan of Frost, I humbly ask you to bring back Frost to Mortal Kombat X. As DLC obviously.
