Good news for all supporters of Martin...!

On 18th July we won the 5th and final court case in Poland, which not only prevented the return of Martin to The Netherlands (who had planned to place him in an inappropriate institution for the mentally handicapped for life) but also removed all powers of the incompetent Dutch courts over Martin's life.

From now on, the Polish courts have legal power over whom Martin lives with, and across five separate court victories, they have resoundingly declared that Martin belongs with his perfectly safe parents. So that we can care for him and arrange school and therapy suitable to his autistic traits.

Note as a reminder, Dutch CPS had, during 2.5 years, refused Martin all access to diagnosis, therapy and school in The Netherlands. In Poland, Martin was quickly able to access all of these services - while living in the loving presence of both of his parents - and start making developmental steps again.

The above photo shows a press conference held by the Polish deputy minister of Justice on 8 March 2021, celebrating one of Martin's five court victories and denouncing the ridiculous interference of Dutch CPS and courts in the den Hertog family, in which all relevant evidence was ignored and no due process was followed from day one.

Dutch CPS ended up making around 350,00 Euro profit by abducting Martin for 2.5 years without basis. But in the end Martin won the most, by regaining his freedom, peace of mind and a more sunny future.

We the parents would like to think the high integrity Polish courts, Polish media, our Polish lawyers BKLAW and all of you more than 20,000 Change.org supporters who directly and indirectly added energy towards Martin's freedom!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

ps> Despite Dutch opposition leaders calling for the Dutch government to resign and an end to their draconian policy of mass child abductions-for-profit, the Rutte regime refuses to stop it's barbaric practices. Current estimates are that 95,000 children have been abducted without due social welfare or legal process being followed.

The fight against this continuing abomination of all human rights and moral decency can be followed under the twitter hashtag #staatsontvoeringen (Dutch for "government abductions), which was made popular by a Dutch comedian on national television in 2022.
