A brief update on Martin's situation.

In order to prevent him being place in a mental institution for the mentally handicapped in The Netherlands for life (despite never being diagnosed with a low IQ) which was the plan of Dutch CPS - out of necessity we had to take him to Poland in mid 2020 and apply for asylum there.

Dutch CPS then triggered a European Arrest Warrant on our family which the Warsaw District Court thankfully rejected as per the attached news article.

Meanwhile Martin has been diagnosed with autism in Poland and is now receiving the appropriate special schooling and autism related therapies in Poland, which were inexplicably completely denied to him in The Netherlands by Dutch CPS, despite 2.5 years of our pleading for these services to benefit his development, based upon the preliminary findings of a Dutch child psychiatrist who had strongly suspected that Martin was autistic based upon Dutch CPS dossier, photo and video evidence.

Polish psychologists also found (as an Australian psychologist had predicted and as Dutch experts hired by Dutch CPS later found) that the attachment between Martin and us his parents is perfectly healthy.
