Netflix's internal trans employee resource group are planning a company-wide walkout on 20 October 2021 in response to Dave Chappelle's latest special. One of the leaders of the group wrote in an internal message:

“Trans Lives Matter. Trans Rights Matter. And as an organisation, Netflix has continually failed to show deep care in our mission to ‘entertain the world’ by repeatedly releasing content that harms the trans community and continually failing to create content that represents and uplifts trans [people]. We can and must do better!”

Let's all keep on signing and sharing to show that we stand shoulder to shoulder with Netflix's trans employees. The more noise that we make, the more difficult it will become for Netflix to continue dismissing us.
