Today, February 26, 2026, the Warner Bros. Discovery Board declared Paramount Skydance’s revised offer a “Company Superior Proposal.” Netflix now has a 4-business-day match period (until approximately March 4) to propose revisions if it chooses.

We are fans from around the world who have grown up loving Warner Bros stories — the DC Universe, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, HBO classics, Looney Tunes, and so many more. These franchises have brought joy, inspiration, and shared moments to generations of families and friends.

We respectfully ask Netflix to use this 4-day match period and find a path to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery.

Netflix has shown time and again that it excels at nurturing large, beloved story universes with care, creativity, and global reach — from Stranger Things and The Witcher to Bridgerton, Squid Game, and One Piece. We believe Netflix would be an excellent home for Warner Bros franchises because it would allow:

• Our favorite stories to continue with strong investment and long-term vision • Iconic characters and worlds to grow responsibly for new audiences • Exciting opportunities for fans worldwide, including fresh crossovers • Continued support for the talented creators and teams who bring the magic to life

This petition is written with love for the stories and respect for everyone involved. We are simply sharing our hope that the best possible future for these cherished franchises can be achieved.
