How do we want this finish?

I wasn't expecting so much support in 3 days!
Now I really have to think about the end goal to all of this and how I want it to do justice for all of you

As it turns out, each Netball Association is responsible for their own bylaws. I was hoping that there would be a simple blanket ruling that could simply be made by Netball Australia (as that is who I was lead to believe created the original ruling on the matter) and the issue would be resolved, but it seems all the Australian Associations have the power to make this change whenever they want.

My hope for all this fuss is that maybe Netball Australia can at least contact all Australian Associations and heavily suggest they get proactive and make the appropriate changes/updates to their policies/bylaws without the need for 1000 different Association members having to each individually fight for their rights at their local AGM, or 10000 different clubs having to resubmit uniform designs for approval.
