a perfect track record - 0 complaints - then on Thanksgiving and Black Friday I did a promotion to the exact same list of almost 2000 or so people. If this isn't proof that email services interfere with our delivery what is?

My ESP delivery company refused to give me the emails of those 39 people. They did, however, say, that as soon as a complaint is filed that those people are removed from our mailing list.

Is it just a coincidence that it is 39 people each day? or does it look more like a 'BOT' ???

I was shocked when my ESP told me that 'humans' clicked 'this is spam' Most likely they did not.  It was a bot.  And THAT is obstruction of correspondence.
