Stop high-end water companies from producing plastic water bottles.

Stop high-end water companies from producing plastic water bottles.

The Issue

This petition will hopefully get the attention of single use plastic water bottle brands and get them to lower or completely get rid of their use of single use plastics. If we work together we CAN stop this plastic crisis and save our oceans and most importantly, our planet. I bet you're asking yourself, "why?" Well not only do these brands and others contribute to this problem we like to call pollution but, it's getting to a point where we can barely go anywhere without seeing a empty water bottle on the side of the road or just in general. What's going to happen after they get rid of them? And how can we help? Well that's up to the companies. Im not sure what they'll do but I'm sure it'll be something awesome. And this is where you come in. It's as simple as a reuseable water bottle. You can refill them with tap water or a refill station if there's ome near you. Doing this can also encourage otehers. (Yes, I understand that you might not want to drink tap water because of the bad things in it that INCLUDE micro plastics.) Before you say "But it's not just water bottles, it's other plastics too" I know that, but we need to start small and work our way up. Kind of like what we did for the plastic straw problem. I believe in us. We can do it. We HAVE to do it before it's too late.
