Our voices need to be heard

After 21 hours of posting this petition, we have now reached a milestone of 10,000 supporters from all over the world.
On this occasion, I would like to add some words.
Whilst we are making the best use of internet and social media to campaign this cause, our fellow beings are going through a traumatic phase of life with 98 aftershocks up until now. They are without shelter, family, food and money. They are injured, paralysed, ill and in near death situation. They are deprived of water, sanitation, health service, living in constant pain and have no one to turn to. They are emotionally and mentally impaired with no hope and desire of any future. In this time of hardship, although everyone is helping out each other, it is never enough to meet the needs of all in a short space of time. In this catastrophic moment, we surely need the help of our Government to take control of the situation with the help of the world who are lending their hands. Unfortunately they are making things worse. Some rescue teams arriving from other countries are stopped at airport, to which the government officials has to say ''We cannot just let anyone in''. Now this is intolerable!
We need to see and feel that the leaders are actually helping us and not just make statements for the sake of media.
Our desperate voices need to be heard asap.
Please share this petition as much as you can. This is as little as we can possibly do for the hope of something better.
Thank you everyone.
