The campaign to Save the Maitai is holding a public meeting this Monday 31 May, at 7pm at the Boathouse, 326 Wakefield Quay. 

Last month Council received the Maitahi/Bayview Private Plan Change Request to rezone approx 287 hectares of land located within Kaka Valley, along Botanical Hill & Malvern Hill in order to build 750 houses.

Come along & hear what we have all learned, what has happened so far, what is being proposed & share your thoughts on how we can all help protect the open space of the Maitai Valley for everyone.
