Hello supporters, If you're wondering what's been happening, the campaign has been very busy lately.

· We've talked with Nelson MP Rachel Boyack, (opens as PDF)   (Add your feedback on facebook).

· We have a new website with links to NCC documents, reasons for this campaign and an alternative idea to the proposed subdivision (www.savethemaitai.nz

· We've made some new maps: housing land capacity in our region and comparable travel distances to Nelson's CBD.

· The petition is nearing 11,000 signatures including hard-copy pages. Please ask your friends to sign if they want to protect the Maitai Valley.

· We've organised a 'nature & wellbeing' event this Thursday evening, (details on the flyer with this update).

· And we're in the news too! (questioning Council's consultation process).
