The Issue

Deep concern regarding the recently declared NEET PG 2025 results, which have shaken the trust of thousands of medical aspirants and their families.

Several alarming irregularities have been consistently reported across the country:

Discrepancy of 50–200 marks in the published results compared to students’ expectations based on their preparation and recall.

Response sheets not displaying all attempted questions, leaving students unable to verify the fairness of evaluation.

Reports of crores of rupees being demanded for management quota seats, creating grave doubts about transparency and meritocracy.

These issues do not merely affect individual candidates—they strike at the very foundation of trust in our education and examination systems. Aspiring doctors, who dedicate years of study and sacrifice, are left disillusioned, and public faith in the process is at risk.

In light of these concerns, I humbly request the Hon’ble Supreme Court to:

Order an independent investigation/audit of the NEET PG 2025 evaluation and result declaration process.

Ensure transparency by directing the authorities to release complete response sheets with all attempted questions visible to candidates.

Uphold merit and fairness by taking urgent measures to protect deserving candidates from injustice.

This appeal is made purely in the interest of justice, transparency, and constitutional values of equality, without any personal or vested interest.

I remain hopeful that the Hon’ble Court will intervene to safeguard the credibility of medical education in India and protect the future of thousands of young doctors.
