Dear Honorable Mayor and Township Zoning Members,

We are writing to express our deep concern about the lack of a Community House of Worship (mosque) in the Marlboro, Manalapan, Freehold, Colts Neck, and Howell districts. Despite the large underserved Muslim population in these areas, there is currently no mosque within a 10-15 mile radius. This leaves many members of the Muslim community without a place to practice their faith, access education, and participate in social gatherings.

We believe that a Community Center is not only integral to the Muslim faith but also to the community at large. A mosque would provide a place for not only worship, but also for education, lectures, and cultural exchange. It would be a space for building bridges of understanding and fostering relationships between different faiths and cultures.

We want to assure you that we are working with professional engineers, lawyers, and other experts to ensure that the mosque will have no negative impact on the community. We are committed to working collaboratively with the town and its members to address any concerns and ensure that the mosque is a positive addition to the community.

Marlboro is a wonderful multi-cultural town that celebrates diversity and inclusivity. We believe that the creation of the first mosque in Marlboro would be a significant step towards achieving these values. We look forward to joining hands with this amazing community in the spirit of mutual respect and understanding.
