Mr. Emmert I believe if you listen to my appeal you will undoubtably feel I deserve to be made immediately eligible to continue my college career.

Mr. Emmert I believe if you listen to my appeal you will undoubtably feel I deserve to be made immediately eligible to continue my college career.
The Issue
I am Latwan Anderson I graduated from Glenville high school in 2010 soon after enrolling at university of Miami. Where after only 5 months I walked away in mysterious silence. Many would've liked to believe I was dismissed from my university not the case at all. For many years before that point I had lived life exactly the way I was told too(Just do what your told you'll be rich soon). I had no clue who I was or what I wanted to do with myself until I made the decision to walk away and go find out who I was. I had never really made my own decisions at that point. After years of fighting with my own personal demons a light bulb came on. My story goes well beyond sports my struggles are about everyday life. From the filthy rich guy living his dad's dream who always seems to have a miserable attitude. To the guy who doesnt have much but he always seems to have a smile on his face. Even the guy sleeping in the park who could be a billionaire but he let the world beat him down so bad he's afraid to follow his dream. So I started this petition to have not only my voice heard but to be an example and leader for those who are afraid to do what makes them happy. People should support my cause because I know now that I am not the only one who struggled with finding myself or my lifes purpose. It is vital for all people of all ages to realize that over 80% of people either never go after or give up on their dreams much too soon. Usually out of fear of failure or even more times than not the fear of the success beyond imagination. I believe getting 100,000+ signatures will help me get me reinstated but it will also help the NCAA realize throwning young adults into super star spotlight with out much preparation. Can and will be very damaging to them which causes lots of different issues sooner or later. My story needs to be heard because my trials tribulations and triumphs will one day soon be a historical story of motivation determination and overcoming all obstacles. My reinstatement will not only show the NCAA cares about their athletes off the field. But also how important it is to do what makes you happy because it makes you happy not because it'll make you rich. My story is one of victory and I urge people of all ages to continue to fight for your lifes purpose chase your dreams keep a positive attitude and realize we all have the power of God within to overcome all obstacles. All I ask is that you listen to what I have to say!
