Just a reminder....  Mr. Himes and Ms. Kerr arraignment date is scheduled for October 15, 2020. For those of you who are scheduling to attend, it will be held at the Mecklenburg County Court House at 832 E 4th St, Charlotte, NC 28202 in court room 5310.  The defendants are scheduled for the AM session.
