Dear Friends, 

Today I was contacted by the District Attorneys Office concerning my daughters case. Below you will find a summary of that conversation and it reads...

”Per my conversation, with Assistant District attorney Blake Barreto at approximately 8:49 am on June 3, 2020,  I was advised by him that a Second Setting hearing was scheduled for July 9, 2020 and that this court date is referred to a status hearing where the defendants would not be present. When asked whether the defendants would still be able to be free to continue without an arrest, Mr. Barreto informed me that they would remain out on bond. After expressing much dissatisfaction from the fact that my daughter was left to die on the side of the road, I express to Mr. Barreto concerning my concern for Mr. Himes and Ms. Kerr possibly fleeing. Mr. Barreto stated that if the defendants were to flee, that the US Marshall’s would be brought in to apprehend the suspects. I initially contacted Mr. Barreto via email concerning Maniche Wilson case and was reached by phone instead.”

This is still a blatant Slap in The Face for the injustice committed against my daughter. The Judicial System is corrupt and this petition with your signatures will help put an end to this injustice. Mr. Michael P. Himes and Ms. Elizabeth Kerr need to be arrested and placed in jail for their crime. THEY ARE A FLIGHT RISK!!!!
