We have a date. A date to stand in unity to support that the mana of tangata whenua & our children is important. A date to stand in unity to assert that all people deserve to be treated with dignity & respect. A date to stand in unity to declare that freedom of speech is not freedom from consequence. A date to stand in unity to imagine a better New Zealand for all. That date is the Tuesday 27th March 2018 @ 11:00am. WHERE: Parliament Grounds, Wellington, NZ by the Seddon Statue. WHAT: We will be presenting our petition & asking for education policy to ensure a healthier New Zealand for tangata whenua & all. We know that this can't be done without YOU. You are the people who have made this possible. You are the 60,000 voices. Please join us to show Bob Jones, The Queen, the Government, and all New Zealanders that this attitude will no longer be tolerated. It’s time that we stand for the mana of tangata whenua. It’s time we create a country that affords every person the opportunity to grow & flourish free from discrimination. It’s time that we say no to racism. Put it into your calendars. Rally up your people, And COME New Zealand. Children, elders, ALL. Our message is stronger if we make it with MANA & DIGNITY - TOGETHER. Thousands strong. https://www.facebook.com/events/2043591192579262/ Please follow this Facebook event link & click "attending" to confirm your presence for logistical purposes. This will be special. The marae will be brought to the Beehive. Now is the time. Let’s make our country better. Let’s remember this moment. Let’s stand in solidarity. LET’S TURN UP!! “Ki te kotahi te kākaho ka whati, ki te kāpuia e kore e what.” “Alone we can be broken. Standing together, we are invincible” - Kīngi Tawhiao Mana ora tātou, Nā Renae, Laura & Kera.
