As the upcoming U.S. presidential administration plans to deport millions of hardworking Hispanic and Latino immigrants, it’s best for them to have a week of rest to be able to tie up all financial, family, education, work, loose ends, etc. As a result, the remaining “non-immigrant” Americans can reflect on the sacrifices that have been made by individuals who truly believe in the American “dream”. 

The week of rest will be a temporary pause of all work labor performed by all Hispanic and Latino individuals currently employed in the contiguous U.S.
