The Campaign Video is uploaded and we have received a great response on Instagram. I post quotes from numerous sources in support of the campaign on my Instagram. The campaign is gaining the most support via this social media channel especially via the tagline #ChronicPainisNotNICE - Please Join us if you can.
The online Magazine 'Uncomfortable Revolution' has accepted my article regarding the campaign and they are kindly supporting us to maximize its viewing potential on Google for when it is published. It should be published shortly. Steve (Investigavatve journalist) from the Canary Newspaper has assured me that he is working on the campaign's article and he will be in touch shortly.
In the last committee meeting, which was me, Siva, and Tor. We discussed further ideas for the campaign. One large area of concern is that MP's and the Department of Health and Social Care are still ignoring and dismissing our concerns. We are thinking of organising several open letters to people in influence and asking supporters of the campaign to 'sign' them. Any thoughts on this would be great.
The next meeting is hopefully on the 17th December.
I have also booked in to see a popular Public Relations Professional. I have purchased for a 'Power Hour' to hopefully gain tips to overcome some of our obstacles such as trying to reach a wider audience and getting the mainstream media to listen to us.
