In this menancing situation, where there is fear of COVID-19 everywhere, how come NEB become so careless that they are planning to conduct exams amidst this situation?

For your information, the daily cases are increasing so fast at same rate, (i.e. 3000+ new cases and 1500+- discharges per day). If you conduct exams in this situation, it is obvious that this chain will break and Nepal will be spot inevitable 3rd wave.

We aren't saying that we are not ready to face exam, but we are saying that we are not ready to face exam in this situation. So please understand our state of mind and cancel/postpone exam for the moment.

It's not as simple for students as NEB thinks. Since grade 11, we beared too much. Our Grade 11 exams got cancelled and then Grade 12 course begun. Everything was going on and NEB decided to take Grade 11 exam as well. Again we appeared Grade 11 final exam while being taught Grade 12 course. Again Lockdown opened after we had only completed 35% course in taught online months. Remaining upto 60% was completed in two months and again Lockdown happened. After that everyone didn't cared and our Courses were just completed for name only. No any institute have taken this exam seriously after 2nd lockdown. We are being pushed to battle without being trained. 

All the mental issues on one hand and exams on another hand. NEB seems to kill future of a single batch with slow poison called mental torture, 'if COVID-19 don't take us.'

This petition is to address our common problems and rationally fight against NEBs decision. If you support just vote and share link to more and more NEB appearing friends you can.

यो खतरनाक स्थितिमा, जहाँ सबै ठाउँमा कोभिड १९ को त्रास छ, राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्ड किन यति लापरवाह बनेको छ की यो स्थिति को बीच परीक्षा गराएर उम्किने बाटो देखिरहेको छ?

सामान्य ज्ञान को लागि, अहिलेको स्थितिमा दैनिक कोभिड १९ का केसहरू ३००० का दरले बढिरहका छन् भने निको हुने दर त्यसको आधा (यानिकी १५००) रहेको छ । यस्तो विषम परिस्थितिमा परीक्षा गराउँदा यो निरन्तरता टुट्छ अनि कोरोना केसहरूले फडको मार्ने छन् । जसको परिणाम नेपाल तेस्रो लहरको मुख्य हटस्पोट को रूपमा सुपरिचित हुनेछ ।

हामी भन्दैनौं कि हामी परीक्षा को सामना गर्न को लागी तैयार छैनौं, तर हामी भन्दैछौं कि हामी यो स्थिति मा परीक्षा को सामना गर्न को लागी तैयार छैनौं। त्यसैले कृपया हाम्रो मन को स्थिति बुझ्न र रद्द/पल को लागी परीक्षा स्थगित गर्न सादर सनुरोध छ।

राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्डले जति सरल सोचेको छ नि, विद्यार्थीलाई त्यति सजिलो परेको छैन । कक्षा ११ देखि, हामी धेरै धेरै सहिरहेका छौँ। हाम्रो जब कक्षा ११ को परीक्षा रद्द भयो र तब कक्षा १२ कोर्स शुरू भयो। सबै कुरा चल्दै थियो र NEB ले कक्षा ११ को परीक्षा पनि लिने निर्णय गर्यो। अनि कक्षा १२ पढ्दा पढ्दै कक्षा ११ को परीक्षा दियौं। जब लकडाउन खुल्यो तब हामी केवल ३५% मात्र कोर्स सकाएका थियौं। ६०% सम्म बाँकी दुई महिनामा पूरा भयो र फेरि लकडाउन भयो। त्यस पछि सबैलाई परवाह थिएन र हाम्रा पाठ्यक्रमहरु मात्र नाम को लागी मात्र पूरा गरीएको थियो। दोस्रो लकडाउन पछि कुनै पनि संस्थानले यो परीक्षालाई गम्भीरताका साथ लिएका थिएनन्। यसरी हेर्दा हामीलाई तालिम नलिई युद्धमा धकेलिएको जस्तो अनुभूति भइरहेको छ।

एक हात मा सबै मानसिक तनावहरु र अर्को हात मा परीक्षा। NEB ले मानसिक यातना भनिने ढिलो विषले यो समस्त २०७५ (एस ई ई) ब्याचलाई मार्ने षड्यन्त्र रचेको पो हो कि, 'यदि कोभिड १९ ले हामीलाई मृत्युदण्ड दिएन भने।'

यो याचिका हाम्रो साझा समस्याहरु लाई सम्बोधन गर्न र तर्कसंगत राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्डको निर्णय विरुद्ध आवाज उठाउन को लागी हो। यदि तपाइँ समर्थन गर्नुहुन्छ भने भोट र अधिक मात्रा मा यो परीक्षा बाध्यतावस् दिन लाग्नुभएका साथीहरुमा लिंक साझा गर्नुहोस्।
