if you were told after 28 years investigating your own child case 20 years getting a change from accident accidental to homicide

4 death certificates false Lifeguard report overwhelming death photos showing abuse 28 years finally getting a crime stopper report on national TV asking public  if any witnesses have any information concerning this case .

there was a witness at the time of his death saw everything

saw him get beat put in the water,

but police refused to talk to her even now after 28 years 

It ends up on their to do list

no closure for me no justice for Curtis Williamson how would you feel??
