A letter to my cousin Frederick Dwayne Tilly from Curtis Leon Williamson 16 years old homicide UNSOLVED 

mystery case of 3/26/ 1997 

 

I speak from the grave to tell you, 

                   GOD DID IT!!

that night at Crown Point big fight  broke out , you came to pick me up from my house and I called you because my Mom car needed to be checked out, That was my first mistake calling you. 

 

That should have been my warning sign to stay home, 

but I wanted to be with my family you Fred and friends.

 

Hanging out through the years that had me going down the wrong path in and out of juvenile jails spending years away from My Mom .

 

you called my name for help after taking someone’s radio. I was talking to a girl I went to help you my second mistake. I should’ve ran like all the other Homie’s were doing, but I turned to Help.

 

My last words was Fred, they gotten me tell my mom and you watch what they did to me. They carry my lump body into the water. You were my family. 

You chose to keep silence instead 

 

I told you they got me Tell my mom 

And because you didn’t, she had pain and suffering and almost committed suicide, but God said my mom is anointed .

Cousin that was your first mistake not telling her .

 

She is on a mission to tell the world of his amazing grace and mercy through what ever trial and tribulation we go through on earth,

I know, but you didn’t know. God showed her before I was born. 

 

On the streets Cousin we call you a Mark, you told the police everything as he drove you to the hospital but 

God drove my mom out there late in the early morning and told her to sit on a log , no one was there not even a car and had her look over to where I laid. I tried calling to her saying mom un tie me I am here , but she didn’t hear me. That’s when  I knew I was dead our place where she still goes today, to that log and now I have a Tree in memory of me to show the world how mighty God is. It’s guarded by a nother angel that saw everything.

 

You never spoke to my mom you lied & hung up on her when she ask why I didn’t have no pants on u  ran you and your family to Ohio still silenced. Left my mom to wander the streets helpless but

                     GOD DID IT!!

 

He walked my mom through the Angel rim to show her I was an angel Her angel God got me go on to do god‘s purpose. 

 

                        GOD DID IT!!

 

I saw as I laid there you yelling and streaming they killed my relative to the Lifeguard I think but never told My Mom anything. Your second mistake. 

God gave her a lawyer and Angel lawyer not for the money but to continue my work 

 

She was given everything you told the police, including the lie I swam out to three boys and could not swim. He also gave her photos of me bloody beat and bruise body but 

               BUT GOD DID IT!!!

Two years after my death, but God told her to wait homicide can’t be revealed yet nor can she call you out publicly. I tell you I love my mom. 

 

                   GOD DID IT!!

 

It was 20 years later when you speak to my mom and then

 

            GOD DID IT!

 

He said homicide publicly now it’s 28 years later GOD said now you can show proof mom my cousin saw me murder but just his and Lifeguard police report .

even though mom knew the truth. I  had took my angel wings and cover her and allow her to talk to you with a smile and hug you. Your third mistake is you did not trust in God to keep you safe. I told you all  all y’all that night on the bench standing tall I was a Christian I gave my life to God and this would be my last time hanging out, but God said no  NO  time to go my child. Your work here is done.
