Hello everyone,
I want to share an important update about the work we have been building together since 2023. When this petition first started, I was only trying to raise awareness about how many people with endometriosis were being dismissed, denied care, or harmed by outdated medical practices. I had no idea how many of you would step forward. Over time, hundreds of comments came in. Many of you shared painful stories, long delays, improper treatments, insurance denials, and years of being ignored. I also began collecting private testimonies, which now span almost three years.

Your voices have created something powerful. Together, we have built a clear record that shows this is not a small problem. It is a nationwide pattern of discrimination and medical harm. It affects people of all ages, genders, races, and backgrounds. It shows the system is not following the science that already exists. And it shows the real cost of that failure on people’s bodies, lives, and futures.

Because of everything you have shared, the next step in this movement is now ready.

Today, I am launching The Discrimination Diaries Class Action Investigation Portal.
This is a new secure form where people can submit their full stories and documents so we can build the strongest possible case for legal action and federal attention. We now have legal precedent in the United States that recognizes endometriosis as a potential ADA-protected disability. Other countries have already won major cases for delayed diagnosis and inadequate care. This means change is possible, and our voices matter more than ever.

If you have an endometriosis story and want to add your experience to this investigation, you can now do that here:
https://forms.gle/QYgELjG7PYyhhJyG7

You can choose to stay anonymous.
You can choose whether or not you want to be contacted about future legal steps.
You can add as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing.

Every submission helps us show the truth.
Every voice helps us build the evidence.
Every story adds weight to the national push for accountability and reform.

If you already shared a comment on this petition, thank you. Your comment is part of the record. If you are able, I invite you to take the next step by filling out the full investigation form so we can include your experience in a more detailed way.

This movement began with all of you.
It is continuing because of you.
And it will only grow stronger from here.

Thank you for standing with me.
Thank you for speaking up.
Thank you for helping build the change we all deserve.

With hope and determination,
Chelsea Hardesty- betterofendo@yahoo.com
