With 1,064,927 signatures on the petition demanding nation wide action against police brutality and murder a near "standstill on its movement" is underway. Why? Mostly, because of the focus of everyone on this VIRUS! But primarily - due to the lack of support and means to move it forward! Because as long as the murders and wrongful incarcerations continue - the demand shall stand! It's not a matter of "what I intend to do about it" for I've gone forward "early on" and addressed the need for nationwide action, in places within government that have the power and authority to bring about the changes needed. ( DOJ, Congressional hearings, UN Subcommittee meetings) But the demand I presented was viewed as that of "a mother who lost a son at the hands of police" - not a demand of THE PEOPLE! Because at that time,  only 18,000 had signed it. 

So, the case that was made was seen as that of  "A MOTHER" - not that of A NATION! There weren't MILLIONS who had signed it in agreement. Yet, God met me early in this fight and "opened doors for me" to present the demand before people even fully understood or even knew such a demand was being made! I didn't focus on what "had not been done before" I focused on "what was needed". And that need is nation-wide in scope! 

An injury to one, is an injury to us all. Trying to convey that to people who are biased in their opinions of others, is a fight all in itself! Yet, I must have the thing my soul desires, so I resist what opposes my own existence, while "championing the rights" of others. The demand shall stand as I go forth and do so. And if people decide to "stand with it" and "support it" going forward, then shall we have A MOVEMENT which can neither be "stopped or silenced" or driven into oblivion because "the new issue of the hour" has taken its place.
