6 MONTHS AFTER THE FACT: Where are the arrests and charges? Those who murdered BREONNA TAYLOR have yet to be held accountable. Why is their silence concerning a murder committed by police for which they unlawfully intruded into a home using a "No Knock Warrant" based upon lies? Why isn't that alone sufficient to have them fired as an officer of the law? They LIED to the courts in order to obtain this warrant and committed the act of murder! So what explains the delay in charging and prosecuting the guilty? I'm afraid we are being made to look like A FOOL. For we are told an INVESTIGATION must be conducted nearly 6 MONTHS AFTER THE ACT in the full knowledge these officers lied to obtain the warrant and used it in the commission of A MURDER. Yet, despite the authorities being fully aware of these things they have yet to CHARGE or ARREST ANYONE 6 MONTHS AFTER THE FACT!
Who is there to make them take action? What entity or authority can you point to who can COMMAND an ARREST be made? If there exists such an authority, why haven't they done so? Had she been WHITE and UNLAWFULLY intruded upon by police and then MURDERED inside of her home - would an investigation 6 MONTHS AFTER THE FACT still be in progress? Would they have IGNORED the murder until national attention had been placed upon it? And would they proudly proclaim to the public a need to "RECREATE THE CRIME SCENE" because the murder was disregarded from the beginning, and not one shredd of evidence had been gathered or collected because they had totally dismissed it? Would there not be "hell to pay" upon discovering that the person police were looking for, was already in police custody at the time the murder was committed? SO FOR WHAT ARE WE PARADING ABOUT EXCLAIMING BLACK LIVES MATTER!! The degree to which those lives matter is effectively being displayed here in Louisville and in fact "across the nation".
If all we can do is holler BLACK LIVES MATTER as they protect and harbor the GUILTY after BOLDLY proclaiming they never even bothered to collect a shred of evidence for what they knew for a fact was A MURDER against an INNOCENT VICTIM, and 6 MONTHS AFTER THE FACT nobody is ARRESTED or CHARGED, then "a mockery of claim" concerning those lives is being made - as well as the justice that is owed and due in accordance to law! The fact that this is allowed and being allowed "peacefully" with no outrage or disgust being exhibited by those in authority, ought come up into remembrance "the next time" people riot and destroy property. Because they act as if they don't understand and question "what it has to do with justice"? But that is a question which ought to be posed within the courts of law, where the guilty of police are rarely if EVER seen.
