There is no logical explanation to justify the SAVAGERY being witnessed here by Dekalb County police officer, PJ Larsheid who mercilessly  beat and brutalized this African American woman called Katie. The video recording did not stop or hinder this officer from nearly killing her but it did serve as A WITNESS to a crime which would have otherwise been disputed. The honorable Judge Hatchett has the video and fully intends a conviction for the officer - who in fact has been indicted! In no case, should we rest in light of an indictment or indeed conviction, when it is only ONE out of the MANY who commit the same! I urge you to "pass along" this petition and compel others to sign it! Nation-wide action against police murders and brutalizations is being demanded and the reasons are repeatedly displayed in videos such as these - which far to often lead to murder!
