Jennifer McLeggan 39, is a nurse that lives in Valley Stream, NY. She is being harassed by her neighbors Mindy Caranick, 53 and John McEneaney, 57. Mindy Canarick, who lives next to Ms. McLeggan, has thrown feces and dead animals on her lawn. Mindy has told Ms. McLeggan to "go back to where she came from" and hurled other racial slurs at Jennifer. Mindy enlisted her friends to walk by Jennifer's house and spit on her property. In July 2019 Jennifer won a small claims suit against Mindy for harassment. She was awarded $5, 036.24 but the harassment continued. Mindy was fired from a previous job for "racial issues". John McEneaney has pointed guns at Jennifer's home in an attempt to intimidate her. To date, nothing has being done by the local police force to stop this outlandish behavior. To add insult to injury, the Village of Valley Stream Sanitation department has refused to pick up Jennifer's trash for three weeks. This occurred at the request of Mindy Canarick. What is happening to Jennifer McLeggan is an egregious display of systematic racism that has plagued this country for decades.
