The fist town council budget workshop went well. But we still have a long way to go. I believe that completely closing Nashville PD is off the table, but I also believe that budget cuts are still in the works and that still puts Nashville PD at great risk of losing officers. The fact of the matter is we need a fully staffed police department here in Nashville.
