Dear Director Gray and Legal Counsel Mary Kay,
I would like all copies of any correspondence that has authorized Procaccianti Developers to retain its parking lot lease in Galilee, RI. On a previous APRA request in which the RIAG office opened an investigation it was noted by RIDEM's Legal Counsel, Mary Kay the RIDEM did not issue a month-to-month lease to Procaccianti Developers for the operation of the parking lots being operated by Procaccianti Developers in Galilee, RI. I would therefore like the RIDEM to forward me any documentation that allows Procaccianti Developers to retain its parking lot lease on the 5-acre parcel, and under what terms Procaccianti Developers is allowed to maintain operating its parking lots in Galilee. I would also like the names of the RIDEM administration that has authorized Procaccianti Developers to retain its parking lots in Galilee. If a lease has not been provided for Procaccianti Developers to continue to operate its parking lots in Galilee, I would like to know what legal documentation if it does exist that provided and provides justification for Procaccianti Developers to retain its parking lots being operated on the RIDEM leased land in Galilee.
Respectfully Submitted, Dr. Albert Alba
