This is the letter the Town of Narragansett sent to the RIDEM:
Dear Director Kay and Director McNamee:
I hope you are doing well and staying safe. Please be advised that the Town of Narragansett (Town) has received the request for additional information dated December 17, 2021 from Director McNamee regarding the Lighthouse Inn Galilee RFP.
Due to the upcoming holiday the Town respectfully requests an extension of the time period for supplemental responses the Lighthouse Inn Galilee RFP. In discussions and email today, your office
referenced an extension date of January 10, 2022. The Town will provide its supplemental response by that date. '
Additionally, due to the Town’s request for additional time for supplemental information submission, the Town has no objection to the extension of the Memorandum of Agreement between
the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management and PRI X, LLC to February 28, 2022.
The Town very much appreciates the consideration of all parties in this matter. Have a great and safe holiday.
