Dear all, It will come as a rude awakening that the govt never intended to keep its election promise of OROP in the first place! In fact, even the Rs 1000 crore planned as a token amount (in furtherance of Rs 500 crore having been announced by the Congress) were not considered in the budget for FY 14-15.
