Dear Prime Minister 5000 supporters for an online petition is not a small number, especially when matched with more than 17000 views in the last seven days. I hope your government is not actually waiting for strikes and demonstrations to happen. Because the day the ex-servicemen stop believing in you, not only your vote bank will shrink drastically but also the nation's pride will take a beating. No amount of discussions with the Ministry of FInance will help, because they only project the numbers. What we represent is much more than that - the nation's history, sacrifice and unity. Refusing our just demands will be detrimental for the spirit of our armed forces and the nation's faith in your leadership. We still have the hope that the justice will be done.
