Honurable Prime Minister,

I am a retired officer having my pension payment account with Bank of India.

During the course of more than two years I have had enough corrspondance with all concerned to hold a detailed investigation about the griveance redressal system in the bank under the said policy but nothing concrete has been done.

I have sent several requests to PMO which were duly registered but nothing has been done even though grivenace redressal is a time bound programe.
