I request reference to my letter dated 30th June 2018 addressed to the honorable Prime Minister which was duly registered under reference number DPG/B/2018/00579(2)DEAB.
The said registered grievance was forwarded to the Secretary Financial Services on 10th July 2018.
The subject matter and my other representations sent by me to the Deputy Secretary (Public) department of Financial Services were duly acknowledged by Shri Gulab Singh Ji and forwarded to the BO III ( Banking Division).
I am very sorry to inform you that nothing concrete has been done by Shri Surendra Singh Ji till date.
Sir as we know that Public Grievance Redressal in a time bound manner and improving public service delivery in banking is one of the priorities of the Department of Financial Services but the manner in which my registered grievances number DPG/B/2018/00579(2)DEAB and DARPG/E/2019/17199 were resolved shows that authorities are not taking due interest and unable to serve the purpose of establishing the CGRAMS portal. gov.in
The government has asked to share ideas on streamlining the managment of public grievances on CGRAMS portal. gov.in and I have specifically requested to examine the present situation which was duly acknowledged.
