I request reference to the trial mail of General Manager, Bank Of India addressed to DGM Shri Aresgar admitting that during the period of 3 years bank has received 300 complaints.

As per government guidlines information regarding pending complaints are required to submitted to the Director Public Grieveances.( copy attached ).
