The Constitution is unequivocal:

“Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following

“Oath or Affirmation:

“"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of
President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve,
protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."”

Biden has failed to uphold his oath of office and therefore needs to be impeached.

What else does any American, including Congress, need to see other than Americans and Afghani allies of Americans still stranded in Afghanistan a day before the 20th anniversary of 9/11 to conclude that Biden has failed to uphold his oath of office? Having even just one American stranded in Afghanistan is having one too many Americans betrayed by Biden, and thus having the Constitution betrayed.
