Paul Woseen was an inspiration to many, including myself, through his amazing talent as a singer, songwriter, bass player and all round musician. His work with The Screaming Jets including hits like Helping Hand and October Grey has been enjoyed by millions over his near 4 decade career. 

Paul's recent untimely passing is a unmeasurable loss to the industry and of course his family and friends. We propose naming a central Melbourne laneway after Paul in a continuation of the city's great tradition of naming laneways after Australian rock legends. 

Paul Woseen played hundreds if not thousands of gigs in Melbourne and indeed made it his home for near a quarter of a century. It would be great for family, friends and fans to have a place to honour and remember another rock legend gone too soon.
