FERN is a valuable community asset, a rare drug and alcohol free community space. We have worked hard over the last two years to improve FERN in the eyes of the local community and instigate quiet, sustainable community events around community building and environmental issues. It is unfair to continue to punish us as a group for one noisy party that occurred over a year ago, a party that was instigated without our knowledge or consent by one small section of the community. There have been no incidents since.
