Dear supporters, I have been granted temporary residency that will allow me to stay in Australia for another year - it is not the result I hoped for but it is the victory I am deeply grateful for. This success wouldn’t have been possible without all your support. I am immensely thankful to everyone who has signed and shared my petition. Thank you for calling the Minister and asking him to let us stay - every such action by you in the last few months has contributed to the favourable outcome we have received. I hope that together we have contributed to fighting the stigma against Hepatitis B that continues to plague society despite the advent of new health laws.
