So it has been few months, since the last time I heard from a NSW Government Minister (see attached picture) that NSW Police Force has undertaken to review their discriminatory Uniform Policy to allow baptised Sikhs to wear their five articles of the faith along with their Police Uniform without discrimination. This discriminatory Uniform Policy has not been changed. My dad has returned to work after a lengthy recovery and he is still being subjected to racism, bullying and continually forced to take medical retirement or leave his place of work. Is this because I complained on behalf of my father to NSW Government? When will NSW Government and NSW Police make ammends to their discriminatory Uniform Policy and allow my dad to serve people of NSW without being subjected to racism and bullying.
