I wish I should have known how my dad was being treated at his workplace anytime sooner and I could have started this petition a long time ago. My dad suffered all the abuse at work from his workmates but never told us anything, he must have thought things will improve and his collegeaus will change. Help me stop this from happening to someone else's dad, son, brother and husband. Please share to all who care to have a diverse police force that truely represent it's community it serve.
