Elon Musk is not a stranger to controversy but of late, his actions are reckless and irresponsible.

During the UK Riots, Musk made comments without basis and created more problems for the leaders in UK who were attempting to reinstate calm and order.

Recently Musk is on a tirade with Government machinery like FEMA and created distraction to an organisation that was overwhelmed by 2, not one Hurricane.

And then came this very recent kicker where Musk is trying to rewrite history:

Musk recently promoted Tucker Carlson’s (widely condemned) interview with a Nazi apologist who said the murder of Jews in concentration camps was “humane” and that Winston Churchill was the “chief villain” of World War II.

Yes, Musk later deleted his X post that called the interview “very interesting” and “worth watching,” (per the Independent).

This is not the first X post that Musk has had to rewind back and seeing his erratic behaviour, wont be last. And once these vile inaccurate posts are shared by a man who has millions of “followers”, the damage is done!

Musk portrays he wants to tell the truth, but by lying and deceiving, he distracts from the truth influencing many people to start questioning facts and evidenced based information. Over time, he will create anarchy that will detract any Government from addressing real problems and waste their efforts on Musk’s lies.

Why this behaviour needs to be addressed:

Musk enterprises relies on Government contracts to build and grow his businesses - yet Musk muddies the pool he drinks from.

Governments will be worried to stop contracts with Musk enterprises because they will be accused of targeting him when its him targetting them without basis, however Musk cant expect revenue and rewards from the very entities he criticises indiscriminately and without sincere interest to improve.

More importantly Musk must be reminded he needs to stop fabricating lies and causing distraction through his deception.

And the signature also goes to the Government to share our intent that Musk cannot benefit from our tax dollars if he chooses to behave irresponsibly and immaturely. Existing Government contracts paid for by US (and other Government taxpayers) need to be paused until Musk addresses his past actions and commits to behaving responsibly.
