The problem of the abandoned dogs and cats is getting worse ,it is down right cruelty to just turn your back on them and hope the problem goes away ,we have a duty to take care of them ,they need sterilising and a council run rescue centre , it breaks my heart to see them living on scraps ,I just hate cruelty , I am sure that if the council supplied the centre ,peoples donations would keep it running , Please could you look at this request with urgency, Marie and Adrian  who am sure you have heard of ,have dedicated their retirement years plus their money to rescue these poor animals and find new homes for them here and in other countries ,and it has taken its toll on their health they need to rest now , and there is other people that go out on a regular basis to feed the animals ,But this mind set of a minority of people that think it is acceptable to put live puppies in a black bag and putting them out with the rubbish instead of preventing the puppies in the first place must stop ,these animals have feelings just like us Our town of Sao Bras is a beautiful town ,And when we could have visitors before Covid they all used to get upset seeing all the dogs and cats just abandoned .So let’s get signing and see if we can the Camera to help these poor animals x
