Much is going on in the background and as volunteers we are fully committed to the change we hold within our vision. This will be for the day grandchildren are no longer prevented from losing out on loving safe relationships with their grandparents.

Tick - Written to Justice, Education, Children's Minister - No Response 

Tick - Cafcass CEO has agreed to meet and listen. President of Family Court has responded and will be arranging a meeting with this officers.

Tick - Awarded National Lottery funding for a helpline, currently training call handlers to offer support to those grandparents that are thinking of/or in a legal process. The majority of volunteers are grandparents with experiences of loss, who are currently being trained in Mckenzie training.

Tick - We are undertaking a commissioned survey of 1,000 UK grandparents, watch this space for the Survey Monkey, which will be for affected grandparents. This will all provide us with greater evidence which we intend to use to advocate across Parliament and for greater awareness.

Tick - Met with the Children's Commissioner Office and currently exploring how we can gather the views of children.

Tick - Students at Winchester University will be undertaking research into comments left on this petition, this is to identify common themes.

Tick - More grandparents are coming forward for support and challenging Child Arrangement Orders that are not being enforced.

Tick - Our dear 83 year old grandmother did not accept the police caution for sending gifts to her grandchildren. Since, when was this a crime? 

Tick - Jude Kelly CBE gave us a platform at WOW Festival last month.
