Inorbit Mall cross road declared "Danger Zone" by locals

The local residents have taken the initiative of warning drivers and pedestrians of the danger at the Inorbit Mall crossroad junction. Mrs. Snehala Karnik was hit by a speeding water tanker on the zebra crossing seen in the picture. Why wait for authorities to take action if citizens can do their born in making the place safer?
