Hello, I am writing in regards to my Brother Darold J Haws #14860566 who is currently in Disciplinary Segregation at Two Rivers Correctional, he is being accused of telling another inmate that he cannot sit there. I understand that that the Department of Corrections follow certain procedures but I also know that it is my right to express any concerns that I may have and may I say that I have never in my life heard of a more ridiculous reason for an inmate to be placed in Disciplinary Segregation. I know my Brother and this is not his personality. I am confident enough to say that I know he didn't do what he is being accused of and this feels to me like Cruel and Unusual Punishment, as if being in prison isn't torture enough. My Brother has no idea that I am sending this email but this is what I do, I will be his voice when I feel that he is not being heard. This is what family does for one another and if they don't, well they should. I just wanted to express my concern and I thank you for your time, it is truly greatly appreciated.
