When the Judge crosses the line

I am sitting here reading the last few pages of my brothers transcript where the Judge states, of course your family wants and believes that you need treatment because it has had to have been miserable for them to have had you in their lives for all of these years. Wtf? With all do respect your honor, you don't know shit, all you know is what is on paper. They diagnosis him with all of these Mental Health Issues but claim that he is unhelpable so instead they decide to lock him up and throw away the key. The Court claims that his case didn't deserve to be offered a deal in this matter, Really because I have been keeping watch and Traci Anderson sure in the hell has offered Attempted Murderers, Sexual Assault cases, Child Abusers and Molesters Plea Deal's. She has made so many deal's with people who's crimes were so bad that they made headline news. Did my brothers case happen to make any news media? Hell No. They claim that he has had problems since he was 13 years old, yeah they are right, maybe they should have stepped in when he almost died from Alcohol Poisoning at the age of 14 and was admitted in to the Emergency Room. He's unhelpable so lets locks him up, throw away the key and forget that he ever existed,. Over my dead body will I ever allow for that to happen.
