Cruel and Unusual Punishment, Vindictive Sentencing

I decided to do my own investigation, looking in to the crimes and sentences of others passed down by the same who sentenced my brother to 14 1/2 year's after being found guilty of Assualt IV and Burglary 1, Judge Eric Bergstrom. Some but not all of these cases were also prosecuted by the same prosecuting attorney Traci Anderson John Grant Coffey plead guilty to fatally shooting his wife. First-degree manslaughter w/firearm constituting domestic violence sentenced to 12 year's. Mahmoud Moustafa 1of 4 people who tortured, beat and ultimately took a life. Plead guilty to First-degree burglary and First-degree robbery, entered a no contest plea to second-degree manslaughter, sentenced to 15 year's, only 6 months longer then my brother. Cary Dean Devore convicted of DUII 9 times, Judge Bergstrom told him that he was the most dangerous guy in the city. Sentenced to 4 1/2 year's. Kyle Nonneman forced his ex girlfriend to drink his urine and sexually tortured another woman who he had just met, charged with First-degree sodomy, First-degree rape, First-degree kidnapping and coercion, sentenced to 12 year's. Serenity Sanchez, guilty of attempted murder and burglary in the stabbing of her former boyfriends 3 year old daughter, sentenced to 9 year's. Jameson Hedges stripped an acquaintance naked, choked her unconscious and sexually violated her. Pleaded guilty to attempted First-degree sodomy and attempted First-degree rape, sentenced to 10 year's, minimum of 8 year's with good time. Wyatt Deremer, Former youth wrestling coach admitted to sexually abusing 4 boys between the age of 6 and 12 plead guilty to 3 counts of First-degree sexual abuse and no contest to 1 count of First-degree sexual abuse, sentenced to 10 year's. Makar Chhetri admitted to sexually abusing a young female family member multiple times, plead guilty to Second-degree attempted rape and Second-degree sex abuse, sentenced to 5 year's. Christopher Trafton broke in to ex girlfriends home violating a restraining order, beat her for 2 hours and sexually assaulted her, guilty of Rape 1 and Burglary 1. Sentenced to 8 year's 4 months. Michael Chastain rammed his girlfriends head in to door hinge knocking her unconscious, hit her 14 year old daughter with a metal pole. Guilty of Assault 2 and attempted Assault 2. Sentenced to 5/6 year's How is this considered Justice? My brother was never offered any plea deal, 90% of my brothers sentence is without any good time option. This is a bunch of bullshit. The Prosecuting Attorney Traci Anderson as well as Judge Eric Bergstrom had it out for my brother, what other proof does a person need in order to see that?
