Mental health

Something that really frustrates me is that they had my brother evaluated by the states mental health evaluators and they determined that my brother had no mental health issues so his attorney hired her own mental health evaluators and they determined yes he did have mental issues. The court decided to go with their evaluators of course. If he didn't have mental health issues then why has he been on medication most of his life? And why did they start giving him his meds the moment he was incarcerated? Its so pathetic the way our system handles people with mental health problems. Oh and I tried proving to the DA using photos of my brother before doing drugs and while doing drugs but all that did was give the DA a reason to accuse my brother of being a gang member because of the shirt he was wearing
