Breastmilk Bro, Scott Elster is currently calling the shots in breastmilk banking...commanding from his post as CEO of Prolacta - a $300 MILLION DOLLAR PER YEAR COMPANY.

Why does this matter? 

You know that pumping session in the middle of the night, when you're beyond exhausted but you have to pump and you probably cry for a minute... maybe you're short on milk because you have been working a lot.

Or maybe you're getting over a rough case of mastitis (aren't they all rough?)

Or you've had thrush, and your nipples are bleeding and cracked and pumping feels like you're nursing a Pitbull?

Breast milk banks should have leadership that knows that feeling. Because donors are not part of business. They are the HEART of it all, and women are NOT quotas.

Quotas for women in management doesn't matter when your FEMALE FOCUSED business is comprised of MOSTLY women (LIKE OURS). 

We don't need quotas to drive a women's INITIATIVE to create equity in the workplace, when women fill nearly EVERY SEAT at the table.

It's an ugly side of business we are dealing with. And it's hard to stand up against a bully.. and this BULLY is trying their hardest to eliminate it's ONLY female led competitor.
